• My friend recommended Faulkner’s Appliance and I am so glad she did. I bought a total of 4 appliances from them. Faouzi, the owner of the store has been working in the industry for a long time and is very knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had, and I am so happy that I took his advice on selecting the right appliances. Their prices were actually better than big box stores. Highly recommend!

• Great service and competitive prices! The new iteration of Faulkner's has been great to deal with. Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service, and decent selection. We purchased a new induction range, fridge and range hood for our kitchen renovation, and prices were essentially the same as at the big box stores. Our contractor pushed back the schedule, and Faulkner's held our appliances in storage for over a month until our kitchen was ready for them. We plan on purchasing all our appliances from Faulkner's in the future.

• I am so fortunate to have been referred to Faulkner's Appliances after I had been to a few appliance stores. I was told by a number of salespeople that the appliances that I wanted were out if stock and that delivery could not be confirmed. Ordering early was the only option but many stores charge for storage after the first month. When I met with Faouzi, he was a pleasure to work with. He has been in the industry for many years and certainly knows his stuff! The prices were extremely competitive, sometimes even cheaper than other stores but mostly it was the ease of doing business that won me over. I highly recommend Faulkner's Appliances.

• I bought a washer and dryer set from Faouzi Hamoun, the owner of Faulkner's Home Appliances just before Christmas. Our old washer broke and was unrepairable and the old dryer was on its last legs. We need a new set ASAP! We had other friends in the neighborhood recommend Faulkner's, I checked them out. I'd walked buy hundreds of times, but never crossed the threshold before. Faouzi listened carefully to what I was looking for, advised me, and gave me the time to keep looking around. In the end, the appliance costs + delivery + recycling were on par with everybody selling out there, so I stuck with Faulkner's and bought a Whirlpool Frontload washer and dryer set. BONUS: I experienced a short time between placing my order and the appliances being ready to deliver. The delivery service hired were great. They were obviously pros and made short work of pulling out the old machines and bringing in the new ones. I love our new Whirlpool appliances! Quiet and big capacity. Thanks Faouzi!

• I recently purchased a washing machine from Faulkner's Appliances. Ten years ago, when I built an addition to my house, all six appliances came from Faulkner's. Faouzi, the new owner of the store, offers the same personal customer service that I experienced a decade ago. Because my century home has small entrances, Fauzi came to my house to measure the doorways, to ensure that the washing machine I chose could be moved to the basement. The delivery was on time and flawless. The installation was taken care of by Faouzi. The price and choice of product at Faulkner's is comparable to the "Big Box Stores", but the Customer Service, the personal attention make all the difference.

• This is a true find in Toronto! After wasting hours online with big box stores trying to find models of the size of compact dryer I needed to replace, I found this independent appliance store, spoke directly with the helpful Owner Faouzi Hamoun and, within seconds he knew the range of what I wanted and not only had one in stock, but it was delivered by a local delivery service in two days! (for less than I would have paid a big box store with its huge overcharges and wasteful transport from warehouse to store etc., but the price is almost beside the point). If you have elderly parents puzzling how to replace existing appliances in their condo, Mr. Hamoun will come and measure and advise - he sold and repaired appliances for two decades with retired founder Faulkner before he took over the store! To save time, the planet, and our local economy, shop Faulkner's!

• My mom and I got a new washer/dryer from Faulkner’s after ours broke. We were very upset because it broke last minute. We knew it was on its last legs, but we didn’t expect it to happen so suddenly. We went to Faulkner’s to look at our options, and when the one we originally were going to get ended up being on back order, Faouzi (the owner) didn’t hesitate to keep doing research to find us a washer/dryer QUICKLY. We paid him on Saturday, and it’s already here and hooked up, ready to go! Then we had an issue with the taps leaking and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. We called Faouzi, and he literally closed his store to come to our house and fix it! He gave us brand new hoses AND tightened the legs of the washer/dryer so it wouldn’t shake as much!! He is such a friendly guy, and take it from us, you won’t find anywhere else that will give you as good of an experience as we had with Faouzi!! If you need ANY home appliances, Faulkner’s is the place to go!! My mom and I will forever be extremely grateful for Faouzi!!
